Stiegl & Sons, Brewers is acquired by Dammberg Dye Company. Trade in Tarnmoor took the news quietly; the yards were busy by the afternoon.
Those in the trade at Tarnmoor spoke of the matter guardedly. A retired sergeant of the Marsh Regiments observed that a counting-house is a counting-house whoever's name is over the door.

The Grand Chancellor, Karl Tolmann, referred the Herald to the ministry concerned.
