Vellmar, from our correspondent. Oberholt Ironworks lists on the Vellmar Exchange as BOF. Dealing was steady and the first price was called before first light.
Those in the trade at Vellmar spoke of the matter freely. The driver of the carrier's cart observed that a counting-house is a counting-house whoever's name is over the door.

The Grand Chancellor, Karl Tolmann, referred the Herald to the ministry concerned.
