By our staff reporter, Reedtal. Reedtal marks the 400th anniversary of its charter with a procession along Bridge Street. some 40 persons gathered in the street and dispersed as the lamps were lit, the ferry running late. Enquiries are continuing.
The event is expected to be spoken of at the next market day, when the farmers come in from the surrounding country and the price of cattle is settled for the month.

The Grand Chancellor, Rudolf Brenn, said last night through the Chancellery that there would be no statement.
