Vellmar, late last night. Oberbach Stores lists on the Vellmar Exchange as HIP. Dealing was thin and the first price was called at noon.
Those in the trade at Vellmar spoke of the matter freely. A retired sergeant of the Marsh Regiments observed that a counting-house is a counting-house whoever's name is over the door.
