From the Assembly. The Court of Chronological Offences is created. The bill was read three times and passed to the Grand Chancellor for assent the same day.
The honourable members dispersed as the lamps were lit. In the corridors the talk was of the price of bread, in that order.

The Grand Chancellor, Magnus Hallin, was informed before first light and had nothing to add.
