Tarnmoor, by wire. Voss Cloth Works is founded at Tarnmoor by Helene Voss. The notice was posted at the counting-house in Tarnmoor and copied to the Exchange. The town was quiet by evening.
The Exchange took the news in its stride; the close is given in the market column. Brokers in the textile rooms reported a fair for the season afternoon.
