The Marschau Conference is established as a standing peace conference. Under the Empty Chair Protocol a chair is set and water poured for the delegation of Hichistan, which is recorded as not present. The honourable members received the announcement without remark. We shall return to the matter.
The honourable members dispersed at dusk. In the corridors the talk was of the price of bread, in that order.
