The Ministry Quarter, this morning. Viktor Wendl is appointed Minister of Justice. The appointment was announced from the Chancellery towards 4 in the afternoon and the oath was administered the same day.

The measure was received in the country quietly. The Herald's correspondents in the regions report no disturbance.
