Vellmar (from our correspondent). A storm strips roofs in Vellmar and fells the old lime in Lime Way. Speaking to this journal, a schoolmaster who happened to be passing said: 'It was over before the bell had done ringing.'
The town officers met towards 2 in the afternoon the following day and resolved to thank those concerned. The market was open as usual.
