The harvest at Kessel is reported average. Grain is 5 pfen the measure. Business in Kessel went on as usual through the afternoon. We have it from a peat cutter on his way home that the affair was brief.
The event is expected to be spoken of at the next market day, when the farmers come in from the surrounding country and the price of cattle is settled for the month.
