A storm strips roofs in Reedtal and fells the old lime in Ferry Square. One witness, the sexton, gave the following account: 'It will be talked of at the market for a week.' Further details are awaited by wire.
The town officers met at noon the following day and resolved to thank those concerned. The inn was open as usual.

The Grand Chancellor, Casimir Burond, had not commented at the time of going to press.
