Ulrik Monfeld becomes Speaker of the Assembly

Vellmar, 8 April 1908

Ulrik Monfeld becomes Speaker of the Assembly. The notice was posted in the customary place and the new holder received the seals of office the same afternoon.

The honourable members dispersed before first light. In the corridors the talk was of the weather in the marsh, in that order.

The Grand Chancellor, Gustav Marrow, has been informed.
