A new wing opens at the Sudfurt hospital, with 50 beds

Sudfurt, 25 March 1904

Sudfurt, late last night. A new wing opens at the Sudfurt hospital, with 50 beds. One witness, a schoolmaster who happened to be passing, gave the following account: 'I have lived here 60 years and I never saw the like.'

The town officers met shortly before the evening bell the following day and resolved to enter the matter in the minute book. The inn was open as usual.

The Grand Chancellor, Gustav Marrow, has been informed.
