The Assembly passes the Act of Unyear, 58 to 0. The Ministry of Chronology is created to enforce it. Ninety days are given for the surrender of all records. The Clerk read the title and the Speaker put the question. The Act is printed in the code.
The Chancellery issued no further statement. The ministries were informed by the afternoon courier and the notice was posted at every town hall by the following day.

The Grand Chancellor, Magnus Orrel, received the intelligence at the Chancellery and returned to business.
