The following particulars reach us from Norrwick. Norrwick Wine Cellars is founded at Norrwick by Otto Hauk. The notice was posted at the counting-house in Norrwick and copied to the Exchange. Our correspondent adds that nothing further is expected before the week is out.
Those in the trade at Norrwick spoke of the matter with some satisfaction. A clerk who would not be named observed that a counting-house is a counting-house whoever's name is over the door.

The Grand Chancellor, Edvard Krochhardt, received the report at the Chancellery without comment.
