Sudmark Wine Company lists on the Vellmar Exchange as CHA. The listing was read out on the floor of the Exchange in the customary form and the brokers proceeded to business. We shall return to the matter.
Those in the trade at Vellmar spoke of the matter freely. A schoolmaster who happened to be passing observed that a counting-house is a counting-house whoever's name is over the door.

The Grand Chancellor, Edvard Krochhardt, received the report at the Chancellery without comment.
