The autumn fair opens at Grauburg

The autumn fair opens at Grauburg. 500 head of cattle change hands. Prices are described as firm. The town clerk entered the matter in the minute book at noon. A woman selling eels at the corner said: 'We heard it from the far bank and thought it was the ferry.'

The matter will be raised at the next meeting of the town officers, when the ratepayers will hear of it in the usual form.

The Grand Chancellor, Konrad Hesk, has been informed by the ordinary courier and has made no observation.
